Drink this unflavored mix with just water, which is really nice because it tastes like water with an ever-so-slight hint of sweetness. Or add it to our (or any other) hydration powder with flavor. The slow and fast-releasing carbs as well as the electrolytes lost with sweat give you what you need all in one product.

A complex and highly branched carb like cyclic dextrin digests slowly, like food, and releases energy steadily whereas fast releasing carbs are good for rapid energy replenishment.

Proprietary Blend: Betaine Anhydrous (from sugar beets), Hydra 4G Chelated Mineral Blend (calcium, glycerophosphate, magnesium glycerophosphate, sodium citrate and potassium citrate)

how to use?

Simply add one scoop of the hydration powder to 12-16oz of water or two scoops for larger bottles (18-24) and shake well. Once the powder is desolved it won’t settle back down. If you want a higher electrolyte count or stronger flavor just add extra powder as needed.

Add 1 scoop to a small bottle of water (12-16 fl oz).
Use 2 scoops for a big bottle (24 fl oz).

when to use?

Hydrate before, during, and after competitions or exercise and make sure not to start off dehydrated. Ideally start drinking 14-20 oz two hours prior to activity, if you start early do the best you can to rehydrate before you get crankin’.

During exercise it's recommended to consume between 20 and 40 oz per hour. However, the amount ultimately depends on your sweet characteristics, weather, temperature, altitude, workout,... Make sure to adapt appropriately and drink more during the early stages of your workout or event as fluids are better absorbed during that time.
