The weekend is sometimes tough to stay healthy and working towards your nutrition goals, all while still having fun. Check out this sweet and healthy Pineapple + Mango MOCKtail recipe! Skip the bad stuff and enjoy this awesome drink for the perfect weekend beverage.
Serving Size: 3x 8-fl oz servings
- 3 MODe Mango + Ginger Shots (1 per serving)
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 cup sparkling water or seltzer
- 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1 tbsp chopped mint
- Ice (cubed or crushed)
- Optional: Sriracha for glass rim garnish
- Optional: Pineapple and lime wedges for garnish
- Simply combine all ingredients together in a large cup or container except for the MODe Mango-Ginger Shot to make drink mix and set aside.
- Pour 1 MODe Mango + Ginger Shot into serving glass
- Fill the rest of serving glass with drink mix
- Optional: If garnishing the rim is desired, do so before adding the drink. Garnishing the glass rim with Sriracha really helped enhance the flavor of the fruit with it's heat and flavor!
- Optional: Add pineapple and lime wedges to rim
